Request deletion of your account
This page explains how users of Malayalam Paryayamala, published by Aarianantha Solutions, can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Email us from the Google account or email address used in the app.

Steps to request deletion
- Tap the Request Account Deletion button above.
- Send the email from the address connected to your app account.
- Include your registered email address and display name, if available.
- We may contact you only to verify account ownership.
Data that will be deleted
After verification, we will delete data associated with the account, including:
- Firebase Authentication account information, where applicable
- User profile information, such as display name and email address
- Chat messages and chat history linked to the user
- Other user-generated data stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- App preferences stored with the user account, where applicable
Data that may be retained
We do not retain deleted account data for ordinary app use. Limited records may be retained only when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Residual copies may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten or permanently removed.
Processing period
Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation after the deletion has been completed.
Delete only specific data
To request deletion of specific chat messages or other user-generated data without deleting the entire account, use the same email button and clearly describe the data you want deleted.
